Shipping and Handling Policies:

Most communication is done via email, so please make sure to provide your correct and current contact information so that we may advise you regarding the status of your order, be it clarification on a request, or just ready to be shipped.

Shipping Fees are based on your number of items ordered, location, and shipping method chosen. You will see the shipping and handling charges when you checkout. Once your canvas has been completed (allow up to 4-6 weeks), we will contact you by email to state that order is ready to be shipped. A mail tracking number will be sent to you via email once the order has been sent.

We do our best to ensure a quick and safe delivery. The delivery dates are not guaranteed by MIA Canvas, and may arrive later than your estimated delivery time for various reasons. Most packages can be tracked through our carriers’ website, so you may have a more exact estimated time of arrival.

Shipping charges are NON REFUNDABLE. MIA Canvas will only pay for shipping charges if the canvas shipped to you was damaged by the mail. These types of incidents need to be reported to MIA Canvas within 48 hours time of your shipment arrival, so that we can correct the situation and/or make a claim with the mail carrier accordingly.

US Shipping and Handling:

The canvases can be shipped anywhere within the 48 Continental United States. All items are shipped and insured as Priority Mail through US Postal Service. The S/H cost for 1 art canvas starts at $10.95, and each additional canvas is an additional $5.00. The S/H cost for an extra bag of magnets is $3.00 (with or without a canvas), and $2.00 a bag for any additional bags after that.

Express Mail is available for an additional cost. Please contact us for pricing information.

We are not able to offer US S/H costs to the following: APO/FPO, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the Virgin Islands. The S/H to these locations will be considered as International.

International Shipping and Handling:

We ship to most International locations, and will be in contact with you via email as to the status of your order. International Mail prices will vary, as will estimated arrival time. We are also unable to provide tracking information on International Orders. We will do our best to work with you on an individual case to ensure that your product can arrive accurately.

Be advised that there may also additional costs and/or time due to custom clearance that are responsibility of the recipient, not MIA Canvas. Customs forms, such as a list of valued items, may be attached to your package. You may want to contact your local customs office to receive any additional information regarding your purchase.

Return Policy:

Each order is custom made so we are NOT able to offer any money back guarantee, return or a refund. Unfortunately, it is not possible to refund and “take back” your order as each picture is personalized to YOUR request, be it colors or names. We request that you consider and decide carefully when finalizing your order, since the details will be as YOU will select them. You may want to contact us if you have any reservations about your purchase. Please know that we want to achieve 100% customer satisfaction, and will try to work with you if there is any discontent.

If an order is cancelled before production begins, MIA Canvas will halt processing of the order at no charge. Once an order is in production, it is to be considered non-refundable.

As noted above in the shipping and handling section, if there was any damage with shipping, where in the integrity of the canvas was compromised, please let us know within 2 days of receipt, so we can work on getting you a new MIA canvas efficiently. Again, all shipping charges are non refundable.

Privacy Policy:

MIA Canvas respects and protects your privacy. We do not sell your personal information. We will never provide nor share your personal information to any outside organization, except as required by law. It is only used within the company to process your order and send you periodic emails about upcoming events.
